The purpose of this study, it is to determine the apnea estimation called sleep apneas based on Polysomnography
(PSG) name of the recorded signals with the aid of the device for called cessation of breathing. In this study, sleep
laboratory recordings obtained from the electrocardiogram (ECG) signals are used and these signals are aimed to
predictions for diagnosing apnea processed in Matlab. Signals considering arithmetical ratios between RR intervals were
used various parameters. As a result, the power of the ECG signal by the presence of the spectral density of obstructive
apnea hypopnea and apnea cases have been identified in the estimation accuracy rate of 88.57%
